OUR PILLARS
Letter From The President
Welcome to the Omega chapter of Alpha Omega Epsilon! While exploring our website, I hope you get a first-hand look at who we are and what our organization stands for: Friendship, Leadership, and Professionalism. We continuously strive to uphold our values and traditions within the college in engineering but have recently opened our doors to all majors! Alpha Omega Epsilon was founded in 1983 at Marquette University by 27 brave female engineers, looking to create a support system for women in their field. Our chapter consists of women from a wide range of majors and backgrounds, and because of that, Alpha Omega Epsilon provides our sisters with connections that are completely unique to our organization and would be hard to find anywhere else.
Since joining Alpha Omega Epsilon during the spring semester of my freshman year, I have been able to gain experiences that I wouldn’t have anywhere else. I wasn’t originally looking to join Greek Life, but I decided to give it a try, and every day I am thankful of that choice. Alpha Omega Epsilon welcomed me with open arms and made me feel at home right away. I have sisters who have worked with groundbreaking cancer research and statistics, sisters who are educating our nation, and sisters who are chasing their passions. This chapter has offered me a place to grow as an individual, a leader, and most importantly as a sister. I’ve been provided so many opportunities to be a leader and endless memories with my sisters that I know I will never forget. So, from someone who took a chance on a whim, being a part of a sisterhood like this is something I wouldn’t trade for the world. If you’re looking for something to make up your mind, consider this your sign. Become a part of something that will make your college experience more memorable, with a sisterhood supporting you all the way.

In Friendship, Leadership, and Professionalism,
2022 Omega Chapter President
